I must say that I’m not entirely sure what the answer to this question is. I would like to point out though, that in various videos on YouTube of Bengal Cats in the wild, you will see them in lakes in India and one even eating fish off an ice block. So it’s hard for me to say definitively whether they like water or not when there are other sources mentioning experiences with Bengals actually liking water (even when it’s cold). However, because Bengals are descendants of both domestic cats and leopards; they share many traits with their cousin Felis Catus including jumping up down trees, climbing fences or walking across them effortlessly- so it might be that swimming just isn’t one of their strong points.

Cats can use their fur to keep cool, which also cuts down on evaporation of sweat and hence less moisture loss. A second hypothesis is that many Bengal cats have been selectively-bred for generations in order to get more energy out of food intake – meaning better weight control – which would result in more energy saved if they didn’t always need to drink water. This helps them be thinner due to fewer calories excreted through urine or expelled through feces because of less digest.

None of them could read or write English cat literature so they couldn’t be instructed on how to take care of themselves, which was why some local zoos had begun kidnapping domesticated felines.
